Meybod is one of the cities of Yazd, which according to some evidence is one of the first monogamous areas in central Iran. Meybod is known as the world city of Zillow and is like a jewel in the central desert and attracts many travelers every year. There are many historical places in this city, including Meybod Castle, which historians date back to the history of the Prophet Suleiman (AS), and until the Qajar period, this castle was part of the city's fortifications and life was rich in it. Other ancient and beautiful monuments that you can see in this city are the brick refrigerator, the pigeon tower, the Qiruzabad Grand Mosque, the traditional reservoirs, the caravanserai, the chaparr, the neighborhoods and the windmills, and the religious sites that go back to the post-Islamic history.

Inside the caravanserai, you can see the beautiful museum of Zillow and various hand-made devices from ancient times to the present. Let's look at Meybod, which dates back to 808 lunar years In addition to zillows, ceramics and pottery can be mentioned in this city, most of the patterns and drawings are mostly symbolic and rooted in ancient works. In 1971, one of the patterns on pottery at the Munich Exhibition in Germany won the gold medal.
